<p>Wie bereits an anderer Stelle geschrieben vergeht nahezu kaum eine Woche ohne einen Eintopf. Und es gibt kaum einen Eintopf ohne Hülsenfrüchte. Der &#8222;Star&#8220; unter unseren Eintöpfen sind sicherlich die Lentejas. Sie sind schnell und leicht gekocht. Und ganz wichtig: sie schmecken sogar den Kindern. Und auch dem Opa, wenn er uns zum Essen besucht. Nur führt die seit kurzem hinzugekommene Aubergine immer wieder für Gesprächsstoff. Der besseren Hälfte schmeckts, der Rest kann darauf verzichten.  </p>



<p>Vor allem ist es die große Portion <a href="https://www.tastepurenature.de/von-den-zutaten/das-olivenoel-1-teil/">Olivenöl</a> (ja, da ist es wieder), welche die Lentejas kräftig aufwertet. Sicherlich lassen sich auch Tellerlinsen verwenden, doch wir bleiben treu bei den <a href="https://www.linsensorten.de/pardinalinsen.php">Pardina-Linsen</a>. Die bleiben beim Kochen fester und schmecken besser.</p>



<p>Wie alle Linseneintöpfe schmecken auch die Lentejas hervorragend, wenn man noch einen paar Spritzer Essig in den Teller Suppe rührt. Ich habe die Hoffnung, dass hierdurch das Essen vor allem am Abend bekömmlicher wird. Ebenso darf man nach Belieben mit <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harissa_(W%C3%BCrzmittel)">Harissa</a>-Pulver nachwürzen, nur sollte man es nicht übertreiben. Andernfalls hat man sonst ganz schnell eine Chili sin Carne. </p>



<p>Ein Problem stellt die Chorizo dar. Zum einen haben nur wenige deutsche Supermärkten diese im Programm, und dann meistens ohne große Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Oft kann lediglich zwischen &#8222;mild&#8220; und &#8222;scharf&#8220; entschieden werden. Wir nehmen dann immer die Milde. Und weil Chorizos in der Regel sehr fettig und viel Eigengeschmack haben, kochen wir sie separat vor. Schließlich sollen die Lentejas ja nicht nur nach der Wurst schmecken.  </p>



<p>Vermutlich könnte man sich das Vorkochen der Linsen schenken. Doch hierdurch dickt die Suppe später weniger stark ein. Und wenn man sieht, wie schnell das Kochen von Linsen im Vergleich zu Erbsen geht, dann lohnt sich der Griff zur Dose ehrlichgesagt überhaupt nicht. Die reichlich verwendeten Knoblauchzehen sind nicht jedermanns Sache, und sollten am Besten nach dem Kochen entfernt werden. Dadurch, dass man die Schale dran lässt, zerfallen die Zehen auch nicht. </p>
