<p>Was Plätzchen angeht, sind wir recht traditionell unterwegs: vor Sankt Martin, bzw. Buß- und Bettag gibt es keine. Und nach Weihnachten wird auch nicht nach gebacken. Und was die Auswahl angeht? Nun ja, oben steht die Antwort. Und unten das Rezept. Damit die Nussecken auch in Zukunft niemals in der Adventszeit fehlen. </p>

<p>Bei uns gibt es die Nussecken am Liebsten mit Walnüssen. Klar, es steht ja auch ein 12 m hoher Walnuss auf dem Hof. Aber lecker sind sie auch mit Haselnuss oder einfach gemischt. Neulich hatten wir den Mürbeteig zusätzlich mit Aprikosenmarmelade bestrichen. Aber da schieden sich die Geister: die einen fanden es lecker fruchtig, die anderen empfanden es als Sakrileg. </p>



<p>Auch das Schokotopping findet sein für und wider. Tatsache ist,  dass ich mittlerweile auf das eintauchen der Ecken verzichte. Stattdessen wird die flüssige Schokolade mit einer Gabel in wilden Streifen über die Nussecken verteilt. Geht schneller, sieht schick aus und schmeckt genauso gut. </p>



<p>Der Mürbeteig ist möglicherweise etwas zu trocken/krümelig. Zwar kann man die Krümel auch auf das Blech verteilen und andrücken. Doch kann mit 1-2 El kalten Wassers der Teig geschmeidig gemacht werden. Aber wie bei jedem Mürbeteig gilt auch hier bei den Nussecken: je weniger geknetet wird, umso besser wird das Ergebnis.</p>



<p>Die ersten Nussecken haben es übrigens dank <a href="https://www.guildo-horn.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Guido Horn</a> ins <a href="https://www.tastepurenature.de/wer-lesen-kann-der-kann-auch-kochen/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rezeptbüchlein</a> geschafft. Und tatsächlich muss ich mich, so verrückt es auch klingt, jedes Mal beim Backen daran erinnern. </p>
